New platform on Earnin Payroll

One system for pay, people, protection and the reporting behind them.

Earned wage access is included rather than sold separately, coverage is placed off the same payroll data, and the reporting your bank asks for comes out of the system instead of a spreadsheet.

Pay

Payroll and tax, run correctly in every state you operate in.

Payroll processing

Hourly, salaried, tipped, commissioned and contractor pay with direct deposit, pay cards and printed checks.

Tax filing and deposits

Federal, state and local deposits and returns filed under a Form 8655 reporting agent authorization, plus new hire reporting and W-2 and 1099 production.

Certified payroll and job costing

Prevailing wage reporting and labor cost by job, phase, class and crew for contractors and field operations.

Multi-state and multi-EIN

Employees working across state lines, multiple entities and multiple locations handled without separate systems.

Included

Earned wage access

The employer-integrated program included with the new platform on Earnin Payroll.

Access before payday

Employees can reach a portion of wages they have already earned, typically capped at a set share of earned wages per pay period, without waiting for the pay date.

Repaid by payroll deduction

Because the program is integrated with payroll, advances are recovered from the next pay run rather than collected from the employee. It is non-recourse: nobody is sent to collections.

A no-cost option, by design

State earned wage access laws increasingly require at least one no-cost way for an employee to access earned wages, and the program is built to that standard.

No employer credit exposure

The employer is not lending money and is not underwriting anyone. What the employer gets is fewer advance requests, fewer off-cycle runs and a benefit employees notice immediately.

Earned wage access is offered through an employer-integrated program and is available where the provider is licensed or registered. Program features, access limits and any fees are set out in the employee-facing terms. It is not a loan from Green Payroll, and the employer does not extend credit.

People

The workforce side that keeps payroll data clean at the source.

Employee onboarding

Offer acceptance, W-4, I-9 and direct deposit collected electronically before the first pay run.

Time, attendance and scheduling

Clock in and out from web, mobile or terminal, with overtime rules, PTO accrual and approvals that flow straight into payroll.

HR document vault

Handbooks, acknowledgements, policies and personnel files stored with access control instead of in a shared drive.

Employee self-service

Pay stubs, tax documents, PTO balances and earned wage access in one app, which removes a large share of inbound questions to the office.

Protect

Coverage placed and serviced by Green Insurance Group.

Trade credit insurance

Whole-turnover and single-buyer programs covering customer insolvency and protracted default, structured to be assignable to your lender.

Pay-as-you-go workers' comp

Premium calculated from actual payroll each run, with far less audit exposure at the end of the term.

Management and cyber liability

EPLI, cyber, crime and commercial package placed with the headcount, wage and multi-state exposure the payroll data already shows.

Benefits and retirement

Group medical, ancillary lines, Section 125 premium-only plans and 401(k) integrated with deductions so enrollment changes do not become payroll corrections.

Insight

Green Intelligence Hub: payroll data turned into decisions.

Workforce and labor cost trends

Headcount, wage growth, overtime concentration and cost by job or location tracked over time rather than assembled by hand each quarter.

Bank-ready summaries

Reporting formatted for a lender or a board conversation, which shortens the diligence cycle on a line increase or a renewal.

Receivables and credit signals

Concentration, DSO drift and carrier limit changes surfaced alongside payroll, because they move the same cash.

Compliance posture

Registrations, rate notices, filing status and outstanding onboarding items visible in one place instead of across agency portals.

Bring the whole operation over on one link.

Implementation collects your company details, federal and state authorizations, banking and documents in a single guided sequence. Coverage and earned wage access are switched on from the same file.

Insurance is offered through Green Insurance Group. Coverage descriptions here are general summaries for discussion, not an offer of insurance or a policy. Availability, indemnity percentages, deductibles, credit limits and pricing are determined by the carrier through underwriting, and the policy language controls. Nothing on this page is legal, tax or accounting advice.
